I want to offer my personal assistance in helping you learn how to use TurboBid. I’ve found that the fastest way to become familiar with the program is for the two of us to get together in a web based meeting. During the meeting, I'll be able to see your computer screen on my computer screen, as we speak with each other on the telephone. This will allow me to show you around the program, as well as help you in areas such as calculating your manpower's billable rate per hour, calculating your company's overhead rate per hour, etc.

I've tried to make it easy for you to schedule a web based meeting by listing the available times on a calendar. Simply click here and you will be taken to the scheduling ca lender. Click on the day that you want and then click on the time that you want. In order to deal with different time zones, you can select your time zone from the dropdown list that is above the available times. You will receive an email confirmation of our meeting as well as a reminder the day before the meeting.

Please make sure to use the Live Help button that's in TurboBid's toolbar. Clicking the Live Help button will start a live chat session between the two of us and allow you to get a quick answer to any questions that you might have.

Weekly Webinars for TurboBid Owners

The TurboBid community is like one big family. Every Thursday evening, we get together in a live web based meeting and go over any questions or issues that we may have. Anyone can be the presenter and show their screen to the rest of the group. It's kind of like a live, interactive forum. TurboBid users can talk together and share their experiences. The only formality is that the moderator will control the meeting by going to each participant and ask if there is anything that they would like to go over.
